Where We Ship

Hydronaut Aquatics proudly ships dry goods, live fish, corals, and plants across the USA.
Local pickup is available at our Lubbock store — see below for details.


Shipping Methods

  • Dry Goods: Shipped by UPS, rates calculated in real time at checkout based on total weight and destination.

  • Live Animals: Shipped once per week, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only, to ensure safe arrival.


Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee the healthy arrival of all live fish, corals, and plants.
If an item arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please:

1️⃣ Take clear photos of the unopened bag and the item.
2️⃣ Contact us within 2 hours of delivery at hydronautaquatics@gmail.com or (806) 891-0736.

We’ll work with you to replace the animal, issue store credit, or find another solution.
We do not guarantee live arrival if shipping instructions are not followed or if delivery is delayed due to incorrect addresses.


Processing & Ship-Out Times

  • Orders containing live animals ship Tues–Wed only.

  • Dry goods typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Please double-check your shipping address — we’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect info.
